To get started, choose your browser below:
Internet Explorer 11:
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser.
Select Security, then Delete browsing history.
Uncheck all options except temporary Internet files and website files.
Click Delete.
Internet Explorer 9 and 10:
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser and click Internet Options.
On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click Delete.
Clear all other check boxes except Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
Click Delete and then OK.
Internet Explorer 8:
Click Internet Options from the Tools menu.
On the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click Delete.
Clear all other check boxes except Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
Click Delete and then OK.
Internet Explorer 7:
Click Delete Browsing History from the Tools menu.
Click Delete Files and then Yes.
Click on Delete Cookies and then Yes.
Click OK.
Mozilla Firefox 20.0 and later:
Click the Open menu icon (which looks like 3 lines) in the upper right corner of the browser.
Click History.
Select Clear Recent History.
Select Everything from the time range to clear drop-down menu.
Click the boxes next to Cookies and Cache.
Click Clear Now.
Safari:
In the Safari menu at the top of the screen, click Edit.
Select Preferences.
Click Privacy at the top of the window that opens.
Click the Remove All Website Data button and then click Remove Now.
Click the X icon to close the popup.
Chrome:
Click the control icon (which looks like a page with 3 lines) at the top right of your browser's toolbar.
Move your cursor over Tools and select Clear browsing data.
From the Erase all traces of the following items menu, select the time you want to delete after.
Select the Cookies and other site data and plug-in data and Cached images and files boxes, and deselect the other boxes.
Click Clear browsing data.
